Example
If I bought this phone but then staight away decided to return or exchange it, I would be able to if I had my receipt with me. However if I purchased it and wanted to return or exchange the next year, even if I hadent opened it, I would not be able to do so because of the Kmart policy. If I bought this phone and it was faulty or not working, then I would be able to return or exchange it. Also, because this item was over $50 because its an electronic then the return and exchange policy would be different to another product from Kmart.
